My paradise cake is so soft | It’s delicious and that’s how I make it!
One of the best desserts you will ever taste is undoubtedly the paradise cake !
This is a very simple and very soft cake, just like a cloud.
A crumbly, tall masterpiece, famous for its softness and ease of preparation: it will really only take a few minutes.
It will please everyone, young and old, and will be perfect at any time of the day.

Ingredients:
- 150 g of potato starch
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of soft butter
- Salt, a pinch
Decorate with:
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add the powdered sugar and mix the ingredients with an electric mixer. Mix for 5 minutes until smooth.
Now, without stopping to mix, incorporate the softened butter, previously cut into pieces, and gradually add the sifted potato starch and baking powder. Finish with a pinch of salt.
Once you have obtained a smooth consistency, pour the mixture into a buttered and floured 18-centimeter springform pan.
Level the surface well and bake in a conventional oven at 160°C (320°F) for 10 minutes. After the indicated time, bake your cake for another 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F), then at 200°C (400°F) for another 10 minutes.
Remove your cake from the oven and, after dusting the top with powdered sugar, serve. It will be irresistible!
