Well, the recipe we’re offering you today is so quick that it can be prepared in just a few minutes.
And not only is this butter-free milk cake quick to make, it’s also easy to make. You don’t have to be a skilled chef to make it, quite the opposite.
Let’s just say it’s a fool-proof dessert, no offense to anyone: not everyone is required to know how to make everything.
So, to sum up, the strengths of this one-minute milk cake are the speed of preparation and the great simplicity of the recipe.
But let’s see the recipe.
Milk cake in 1 minute: the ingredients
The ingredients for about eight slices of cake are as follows: 150 grams of flour; 100 milliliters of milk; 50 milliliters of seed oil; two eggs; 50 grams of stevia (or 100 grams of granulated sugar); 10 grams of baking powder; 10 grams of vanilla; and enough powdered sugar for the final garnish, but this is optional.
The preparation
First, break the eggs into a bowl and then add the stevia, working everything together with a hand whisk.
Then add the oil and milk, and continue mixing until you obtain a smooth, velvety mixture.
At this point, pour in the vanilla extract and continue mixing, after which add the sifted flour and baking powder, and then continue whisking.
The next step is to take a cake pan and line it with baking paper, after which you pour the mixture mentioned above into it.
Once this is done, all that remains is to place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about forty minutes.
Once the cake is cooked, let it cool and then bring it to the table, not without first dusting it with icing sugar.
Have fun and enjoy your meal!
