The peach cake you’ll find below will be soft and crunchy on the palate thanks to the peanuts we’ll use.
You’ll make it more than often, and friends and family will love it, and no one will ever be able to do without this delicate and decidedly delicious dessert.

Peach pie: ingredients.
The ingredients needed to complete the preparation of the peach pie are:
- 2 peaches
- 5 g of baking powder
- 160 g of flour
- 80 g of soft butter
- 100g ground peanuts
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 g of salt
- 165 g sour cream
- 1 egg
Procedure.
Place the flour in a large bowl, then add the baking powder and salt. Continue mixing by adding the ground peanuts and mixing well with a hand mixer.
Next, select a clean bowl and add the softened butter, then beat it with an electric mixer. While the mixer is beating, add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stirring constantly, add the egg.
Then we add to the bowl, alternating, our mixture with the flour and also the sour cream.
Once we have a smooth mixture, we set aside the electric mixer and focus on preparing the fruit.
At this point, on a work surface, chop the peaches into small pieces. Then, add the resulting pieces to the batter and gently fold them together with a spatula.
All that remains is to butter and flour a plumcake mould (22 x 12 centimetres) and transfer our preparation inside.
Level it out properly and decorate with 50 grams of coarsely chopped peanuts.
Bake the cake in the oven for 50 minutes at 175 degrees.
Once ready, let it cool to room temperature and sprinkle it with icing sugar.
Now we just have to eat it with the whole family.
