4 eggs, no sugar, and 1 yogurt | I make this recipe all the time, it’s delicious | Only 120 calories!
This recipe doesn’t require much more than just mixing eggs and yogurt. What’s more, it doesn’t even take much time. The result is a tall cake, incredibly soft and delicious. And it’s also low in calories, which certainly doesn’t hurt (obviously, we shouldn’t overdo the number and size of the slices).
Let’s see how it’s done.
One yogurt, four eggs, and no sugar: the recipe with only 120 calories!
The ingredients
For this recipe we need:
eggs, four
plain yogurt, 350 g
stevia, three tablespoons
corn starch, three tablespoons
salt to taste
vanilla sugar, a teaspoon
icing sugar, to taste for dusting
The preparation
Since it’s a cake, the preliminary steps will be the usual ones: preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a cake pan about twenty centimeters in diameter with baking paper, which we can grease and flour or wet and squeeze to make it adhere well to the pan.
The next step is to crack the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites until stiff with an electric whisk, seasoning with salt first. The mixer should run on high for five or six minutes.
As for the egg yolks, these should be mixed together with the stevia until you obtain a smooth, frothy mixture with a fairly light color.
Now add the cornstarch, yogurt, and vanilla sugar: combine these three ingredients and then, using a spatula, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Do this in three batches, slowly and from bottom to top, to allow the mixture to air out.
Now all we have to do is pour this batter into the cake pan we prepared earlier, level it, and then bake for thirty to forty minutes. After this time, turn off the oven without removing the cake and let it cool for at least 15 minutes, with the door open.
Then we take them out of the oven and sprinkle them with icing sugar.
Good luck, have fun, and enjoy your meal!
