Just one cup a day and your kidneys will begin to recover. To continue receiving my recipes, just say something… Thank you!
That claim is a common pattern used in misleading health posts. No single “cup a day” drink reliably makes kidneys “recover,” especially without knowing the underlying kidney condition.
Kidney health depends on the cause:
- dehydration,
- high blood pressure,
- diabetes,
- infections,
- kidney stones,
- medication side effects,
- or chronic kidney disease.
Some drinks can support general hydration or reduce risk factors, but they are not cures. A few examples often mentioned online:
- water,
- unsweetened cranberry juice (mainly for some urinary issues),
- certain herbal teas,
- lemon water.
But some “kidney cleanse” drinks can actually be harmful, especially for people with kidney disease because of potassium, oxalates, or unregulated herbs.
The “say something to continue receiving my recipes” line is usually engagement bait to boost comments and spread the post.
If you want, paste the actual recipe or ingredient list and I can tell you:
- whether it’s likely beneficial,
- harmless,
- exaggerated,
- or potentially risky for kidneys.
