Crescent and Chicken Roll-ups
These little bombs are so tasty that I could eat a whole pan to myself! Very few ingredients are needed to make a dish that is quick, tasty, comforting and perfect for all. Obviously, this was one of my childhood favorite meals, and I have been making them ever since. Over time they have changed very little, just enough to give it a little healthier rating. Admittedly, back then I did not care about calories, I was too busy being a kid. Now, however, I do find myself counting calories once in a while.

If you have a schedule that is just as busy as mine, then you will definitely appreciate meals that can come together so easily. There have been times when I had another meal planned but stopped by the market and picked up a rotisserie chicken and rushed home to make this instead. It has become a generational favorite
This is an economical way to provide appetizers for the big game. I like to make them on the weekends when we are just having a lazy day and relaxing with movies.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I store these?
They will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, when kept in an airtight closed container.
Can I substitute a different meat?
You can always make your own substitutions. I am positive all types of meat will taste great in this dish.
Can I freeze these?
With schedules what they are now, I always try to keep a batch in our freezer for a quick dinner. They will last for 3 months in the freezer.
What can I serve with these?
I generally make a simple dinner salad to complete the meal. That way, the meal is not too heavy, but is still filling and delicious
