Short on time to make a dessert? No worries, here’s the recipe for a super-soft and incredibly quick bundt cake.
Very soft and quick to prepare donut: Ingredients
To make a delicious, soft donut, you will need:
- 350 grams of type 00 flour
- 200 grams of white table sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 30 ml of water
- 30 grams of bitter cocoa powder
- 10 grams of baking powder for making desserts
- 3 whole eggs
- A pinch of vanilla powder
- Grated coconut to taste
- Add icing sugar to taste.
You will also need a little butter to grease the pan.
Making the dough
In a large bowl, crack the eggs and beat them with a hand whisk. Add the white table sugar and continue beating until dissolved.
Pour in the milk and oil, and while stirring, add the sifted flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well until all the lumps are gone; the batter should be smooth.
Divide the dough
Divide the dough into two equally sized bowls. Place the unsweetened cocoa powder in a small bowl and mix it with the water.
Pour the cocoa into a bowl and mix carefully using a spoon.
Finish the composition
Butter the bottom of a springform pan and place an upside-down glass in the center. Pour the two batters simultaneously onto opposite sides of the pan and sprinkle with a little grated coconut. Bake your bundt cake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Once your bundt cake is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool before carefully removing the glass and discarding the mold. Transfer the cake to a serving plate and serve, dusted generously with powdered sugar.
