• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup (200 grams) sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• ¼ cup (50 grams) sugar for coating

Instructions:

First, peel the bananas, slice them into rounds, and place them in a blender. Blend well until a smooth puree forms, then transfer the mixture to a saucepan.

Next, add the remaining ingredients (except for the sugar used for coating), and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan.
