Ingredients
For 4 people you need
Half a liter of milk;
20 grams of corn starch;
1 lemon (juice and zest);
1 sachet of vanilla pudding mix.
The preparation
Start by pouring the milk into a saucepan and adding the vanilla pudding mix, the grated lemon zest, and the cornstarch one at a time.
At this point, using a hand whisk, mix everything until all the lumps are eliminated.
Now turn on the stove and let the mixture thicken: on low heat and stirring constantly with a spoon to prevent it from sticking.
Once the mixture has reached the desired consistency, turn off the heat, then add the lemon juice and mix a little more until it is well incorporated.
Once the ingredients are well combined and the mixture has reached a lovely, velvety and inviting consistency, pour the mixture into a few glasses and place it in the refrigerator, where this magnificent lemon dessert will need to rest for at least a couple of hours.
